Join us for a nourishing Hatha–Yin Yoga session that combines mindful movement with deep, restorative stillness.

Together, we'll work on balance, strength, flexibility, and mobility, flowing through Hatha-inspired postures before settling into longer Yin holds to gently stretch the body's deeper connective tissues. This balanced practice helps build stability, improve body awareness, release tension, and create space for both body and mind to unwind.
